Chamomile is part of the daisy family and also looks a lot like a daisy. Chamomile blossom is a popular ingredient in teas and has a somewhat bitter taste. It originates from southern and eastern Europe as well as the Middle East – but today it can also be found throughout Europe, North America and Australia.
